We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a combined Clinic Manager (leadership) and Physical Therapist (Clinical) position in the border city -Lloydminster, Alberta.  Located 2 hours east of Edmonton, Lloydminster is known as the heavy oil capital and ranked as one of "Canada's Top 10 Entrepreneurial Cities."  With numerous parks and nearby access to the Sandy Beach Regional Park, this city is great for active minded individuals or families alike. 

Our CBI Health Centre - Lloydminster has been in full operation since July 2017, and has resulted in a very busy clinic and diverse caseload.  The staffing is truly multi disciplinary consisting of Administrative staff, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapist, Kinesiologist and Psychologist.  We offer a very attractive compensation package to go along with mentorship and support.  So, if you are a dynamic Physical Therapist interested in developing your management skills, CBI Health Group has an excellent opportunity for you.

Primary Duties

As a Physical Therapist/Manager, you will:

  • Create and/or contribute to excellence in the client and stakeholder experience
  • Lead clients through individualized care plans - accurately assessing, communicating, and providing hands on treatment to facilitate goal attainment for the client
  • Liaise with referral sources and funders to build relationships and ensure clients' needs are met
  • Provide written reports, as required, ensuring all documentation is aligned with College and CBI standards
  • Contribute to the clinic team through collaboration, demonstrating passion for the work you do and using good judgement and integrity in decision-making
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
  • Act as a mentor for student placements
  • Engage in continuous learning and skills development
  • Maintaining Internal employee relations
  • Business planning and execution
  • Ensure that service delivered aligns with key performance indicators
  • Align local objectives with corporate goals and functional goals, identifying business metrics to meet and exceed CBI's vision and values
  • Ensure best practices are met and adherence to guidelines is established with clinical staff on a local, regional and central level.
