The CPRCS is the representative body for the multidisciplinary rehabilitation facilities accredited to provide WCB secondary and tertiary and SGI secondary assessment and treatment. Accountable to the CPRCS Executive, the Executive Director oversees the operation of CPRCS; assists the Chair and the Executive to determine goals and priorities; plans and coordinates meetings of the CPRCS, and provides guidance and support to CPRCS members as directed by the Executive. The Executive Director will be well informed about the role and mandate of the CPRCS and be able to represent the views and opinions of the CPRCS to WCB and SGI.
The Executive Director will be required to work from either their home or their own office and have access to basic equipment and technology required for the position. Occasional travel will be required to attend meetings within Saskatchewan.
The position offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and flexible hours with potential for half to full time.
Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or management.
3-5 years work experience in a health-care field is an asset.
Ability to manage a business including experience with planning and budgeting.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently, to plan and coordinate activities, to problem solve.
Proficient in word, excel and Microsoft office.
An understanding of the WCB and SGI multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment system.
