Physical Therapist Opportunity • Broadway Health Collective

Broadway Health Collective (BHC) is looking for an independent, enthusiastic, and collaborative Physical Therapist to join our unique health-care Collective.

We have a generous-sized treatment room becoming available September 8, 2026, featuring a separate treatment area and private office space with a highly competitive sublease rate. We are specifically seeking a Physical Therapist who is interested in establishing or expanding their practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

About Broadway Health Collective

BHC is a diverse Collective of more than 16 independent health-care practitioners offering a broad range of services, including:

  • Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
  • Chiropractic
  • Mental Health Counselling
  • Massage Therapy
  • Lymphatic Drainage
  • Oncology Massage
  • Perinatal Massage
  • Manual Osteopathy
  • Craniosacral Therapy
  • Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture
  • Reflexology
  • And other complementary health-care services

Our multidisciplinary environment provides opportunities for practitioners to work alongside professionals with diverse areas of knowledge, experience, and expertise.

Our Collective Model

BHC operates differently from a traditional health-care clinic. We are a Collective of independent practitioners who have chosen to work together in support of our shared goals and the clients we serve.

No individual or group of individuals owns or solely manages the clinic. Instead, the ongoing operation and development of BHC is a shared responsibility of all Collective members. Members contribute to collective decision-making, planning and implementation, day-to-day operations, and maintaining positive relationships among practitioners and with clients.

As a member of BHC, you will have the independence to manage your own practice while also contributing to a collaborative environment. We value practitioners who are comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and participating in the shared responsibilities that make our Collective successful.

Our Values

Our Collective is guided by three core values:

Collaborative – We build relationships, networks, and alliances and work together toward common goals, including the development and delivery of shared services and projects.

Inclusive – We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment for all clients, practitioners, and community members.

Professional – We value lifelong learning, conscientious practice, integrity, adaptability, strong interpersonal relationships, and meaningful engagement in challenging and creative work as a team.

If you are looking for an opportunity to build your practice within a supportive, diverse, and collaborative health-care community, we would love to hear from you.
