Saskatoon PhysioYoga (SPY) is a full service Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy clinic. We offer traditional PT and OT for a variety of injuries and conditions.
SPY also offers Medical Therapeutic Yoga. Our Medical Yoga Therapists have completed extensive post-graduate training from the Professional Yoga Therapy Institute, Emerald Isle, North Carolina. In a private setting similar to receiving physiotherapy or occupational therapy, our Medical Yoga Therapists blend the ancient world of yoga’s health and wellness philosophies with the modern medical world of scientifically based treatments. Using Yoga as Medicine creates a unique client-centered and holistic approach to your wellness.
Therapeutic Yoga Classes are also offered at SPY. All of our classes are taught by licensed health care professionals. Classes are kept to a small size, allowing for all participants to receive care and attention designed for their unique situations, body type, personal goals and level of wellness.
